Whiterail Marketing TOPS Integration
If your company is enabled for Whiterail's TOPS integration, Whiterail will pull call data based on the following criteria:
- The call must be Dispatch Complete
- There must be a ten digit phone number in the Owner Phone field in the Vehicle section of the call
- There must be a name in the Owner Name field of the Vehicle section of the call
- The call must not be in a canceled or have a reason of GOA.
