In order to tack a call with an earlier call taken date/time, users can backdate calls using the instruction below:
Quick Call
Click NEW
Enter the previous Date / Time in the Call Taken Field (must be 3 hours prior to the current time)
Select the required items for the Tow section of the Call (Customer, Location, TowType)
In the Dispatches Section - Pick the Driver, Truck and fill in any timestamps down to Dropped (at minimum fill in the Acknowledged Time)
Save the Call
Finish the Call
