I can't see everything on my dispatch screen correctly, how do I reset it?
If for some reason you need to reset your dispatch screen settings (you can’t see certain parts of the screen, or things look out of place) follow the instruction below to reset the screen to its default settings.
1. Click the Settings button at the bottom/bottom right of the TOPS screen
2. Click on the “Reset Dispatch Screen Setting to Defaults” button; located in the top section of the screen.
3. Click “Yes” on the box that appears.
Your Dispatch screen settings have now been changed back to the original defaults.
Click the Save Changes button to close the window, then click back on the Dispatch screen.
