Tow Ticket not Assigned
When completing a call and entering a tow ticket into the TOPS system I get an error message stating that the tow ticket is not assigned to any of the dispatched drivers, why is this?
More than likely, you are receiving this error because someone completed, or put into inventory, a call with the wrong driver. They then placed the call back into dispatch and unassigned the call because they realized their mistake. If this is the case, you will need to unassign/reassign the tow ticket.
Note: If the call was completed or put into inventory with the wrong driver, that tow ticket, even though the call has been unassigned, is still linked to that driver.
