The User Management portal is accessible through the TOPS My Account Portal available via the website. User Management is accessible to TOPS users with the appropriate access right. This portal offers the ability to create new users, disable/delete users, and assign access roles to users.
Access roles are created for you by TOPS personnel and are editable upon your request.
